Rule 359.3.e.2.a

This includes targeting restrictions that are applied to the spell by game effects other than the spell’s instructions themselves. Example: Temporal Breach is a spell that reads in part “Banish a unit, then its owner plays it to the same location, ignoring its cost.” By default, the only targeting restrictions on the spell are that the target is a unit, and that the unit is able to be chosen by the spell. However, if Temporal Breach is played from facedown, it gains the restriction that it must choose from among game objects at the battlefield it was played from. If the unit it chooses moves to a different location, that unit will be an illegal target on resolution of Temporal Breach.
