About Arbiter
Last updated 14 October 2026
Arbiter is a free reference and study tool for the Riftbound trading card game. It is for judges who need a rule quickly, and for players who want to learn the rules properly.
What it does
- The Core Rules and Tournament Rules, every rule on its own page, searchable, and readable as they stood on any date.
- Cards and the official rulings about them.
- Short lessons with practice questions that come back when you are due to see them again.
- It works offline once the rules are saved on your device.
Arbiter is free, with no ads and no paid features.
An unofficial fan project
Arbiter was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project.
Arbiter is not affiliated with UVS Games and is not an official rules source: always check the official documents.
Read Riot's "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy.
Where the rules come from
The rules, cards and rulings come from Riot’s official Riftbound documents: the Core Rules, the Tournament Rules, the official rulings and the card data. Each rule page links to the official PDF it comes from, and each ruling to its official source.
The rules reach your device as a signed bundle. Arbiter checks the signature before it opens the bundle, and refuses a copy that has been changed.
Copyright
Riftbound, its rules, card names, card text and card art are © Riot Games. Card art is by the artists credited on each card page. Arbiter uses this material under Riot’s "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy and claims no ownership of it.
